In accordance with Bahrain’s health and safety regulations regarding beauty and personal care products, all hair care products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. This policy ensures the hygiene and safety of our products for all our customers.
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are here to help.
Reporting Period: You must report any damage within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.
Evidence Required: Please provide a photo or video of the damaged item and the original invoice/receipt.
Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will offer a replacement of the same product, a store credit or refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and must be unused. We will arrange for our courier to pick up the damaged item from your location.
If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days. The item must remain unopened and sealed in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
